By accessing the Verdant Yield Partners website or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Consulting Services Scope

Our agronomic recommendations, including but not limited to the Mycorrhizal Inoculation Sequencing Protocol, are based on data provided by the grower and point-in-time soil sampling. We do not guarantee specific yield increases or crop survival rates, as agriculture is inherently subject to uncontrollable variables such as weather, pests, and local blight.

2. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methodologies, reporting formats, and site content are the exclusive property of Verdant Yield Partners. Clients are granted a limited license to use custom agronomic reports solely for their internal farming operations.

3. Limitation of Liability

Verdant Yield Partners shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the implementation or failure to implement our agricultural recommendations.
